1. I've been working on collecting 100 different people's definitions of "love"... not so much definition as what it means to them. I've gotten some pretty deep answers, so I'm pretty happy about it. I've also gotten some amusing answers like the one I got from my English teacher: "Love is a 4x4 post wrapped in a burlap sack with a lightbulb on top"

1 1/2. You're probably wondering why I'm collecting these definitions. Well, there are several reasons. First, I was bored in Physics one day when most of the class was gone and we had nothing to do. Second, by hearing other's definitions of love I hope to be able to analyze my own feelings a little better. Third, I enjoy making my classmates and the people around me think a little bit and I like seeing their reactions.

2. Have you ever loved and hated someone equally at the same time? Isn't it painful? Is it lonely, too? It's hard. But you can't really do anything about it and you didn't really put any effort into feeling it. Right? Did you run away or hold on tight? Did you curl up in a ball or strike out?

3. I worked at a haunted house the other day. It was really a lot of fun. I stood behind a fake wall and when people walked past I'd grab them and say,"come with me..." I got some pretty good screams. I also got to hang out with my classmates in a non-school environment. It was fun to talk and laugh with them, even though I was the only girl for most of the time. I find I get along better with men better than women, anyway. I also got to meet some people who had graduated last year (or the year before) ~ I found a fellow anime nerd. It was fun.

4. What do you think about when you make decisions? Do you think about the happiness of yourself or others? Do you think about what you want or what you should do? Do you ever feel annoyed that the choices you make are for the happiness of others and not for your own? The reverse? Do you regret your decisions once made, but have too much pride or devotion to go back and fix things?

5. Listen to this song. It's really pretty. The guy who sings it kind of reminds me of someone I knew once (in appearance), but that's not really a good thing. I like the song a lot, though. Support the artist and buy the song from his site ~ it's $1 minimum and PayPal is accepted.

6. It's amazing what a difference glasses make in a person's appearance. They can make someone look sexy or older. If you're used to seeing a person with glasses on, then seeing them with their glasses off makes you think their face looks plain and they have small eyes. It's kind of interesting. They can also make jocks look like nerds or sexy professors (depending on the age and general looks).

7. Do you know someone who complains and complains about their life? Like they have nothing else to talk about? What's with that? I mean, look at how beautiful the scenery around you is and life can't be that bad, can it? I mean, no matter how much you think your life sucks, there will always be someone else whose life sucks more.
