Weight Loss
I'm only going to add this in case any of the friends I made while I was on here actively before still happen to stop in. First, I have to say that I HAVE LOST WEIGHT. That means that you can too! I'm about as old and lazy as a person can get and if I can do it, anyone can. If you want to know what I've done as far as exercises go (and I do my exercises in bed because I'm that lazy) just shoot me a pm and I'll let you know what I do. As to food, I usually have a frozen meal that's about 300 calories and as much chicken as I can eat in a day. My carbs are generally Ritz crackers. The chicken is my main staple, though. There are only 110 calories in 3 oz and I probably only manage to eat 1 oz at a time for a snack. The frozen dinner gives me something sweet tasting and that fills me up, too. The crackers help to keep my stomach settled when I'm not otherwise eating. I've lost more weight and I wear a small top and small bottoms and a size 8 jeans. I had to buy new underwear and got size small and extra-small because I don't want to have to buy any more for a while. I will have to get new bras, but I'm waiting on that. Those are so darn expensive! I still have 20 pounds to lose and can lose up to 40 more pounds before I will drop below the healthy level. Life is good at this point, at least in regards to my weight.
