Anyway, I didn't actually start today like I had planned. But my clothes are all tight on me and I really do want to feel better. Now that I have it all laid out, I'm going to print this plan out and use it beginning tomorrow morning. Tonight I took pictures of my fat, fat body. I know there won't really be a difference in two weeks, but I do things in two week increments because I know I can hold on for just two weeks.
So, this embarrasses me, but I'm going to post my weight. I'm also going to get my measurements. If I post here, publicly, then I'm more likely to stick with things. Just a warning, I'll try to do the "spoiler" thing for the pictures so you won't be totally grossed out with no warning.
