NPC - Scavenger - Cat like hair(?), Golden eyes, artificial arm, drug addict - kept in line and under control with doses of drug as reward. Drug inserted in artificial limb like druggies inject drugs irl.
NPC - Nurse Hemlock - Doctor's favorite assistant.
Lore notes - Tower- style asylum. Basement contains disposal methods like incinerator.

Pin system (Including the East and West wings being based from Easten and Western Zodiac respectively; Elite ranks to be based on Four seasons - may add a lower rank between the Elites and the base pins)
New Concepts:
Inter-school tournaments (with three respective rival schools, each hosting a mid-season tournament at their respective school; break up the monontony of in-house battles)
