Silent as a whisper,
I didn't see you there at first,
Spending my time wondering,
What is she like?
The smartest thing i did that day,
Was just to say hello,
Because i discovered something,
I thought had left me for good.
I'm myself and i can't tell you,
Exactly how incredible that is,
To simply be able to lay back and smile,
And say what's on my mind.
Strange i found the patterns there,
Simple ease in every movement,
Like i've known you so much longer,
All i can do is thank you silently.
I'll spend the next while wondering,
What could all this mean?
I couldn't say for myself for now,
So i'll sit and watch for myself.
But my hands are already like this,
Restless and i can't stay still,
Perhaps that makes me strange,
But i'm already looking forward to tomorrow.
