Few hours later after Koopa and Zapook took off after Ekone, only Koopa returned. Tina saw her sister coming from the kitchen window and ran to the front door.
"Thank goodness. Did you find Ekone? Is he ok? Where is Zapook?"
Koopa growled and pushed Tina out of the way to get into the house. "Will you chill? Geeze... No we didn't find him. Zapook and I split up to look for him. I took the river and she took an area close to my place. So she's probably still out there lookin."
Tina looked down and sighed sadly, "Why would he run off like that?"
"Hell if I know! Right now I'm tired, and hungry, and don't feel like dealin with it." Koopa stormed into the kitchen, frustrated from her search.
Tina closed the door and followed, "May I go with you if you decide to look again?"
"Who said I was gonna go again? He obviously wants to be alone." She said as she searched tina's refrigerator.
"I believe there is more to him than you are saying. But we must find him first."
"You look. I'm stayin here and stuffin my face."
"Oh no. You shall come with me!"
"The hell I will!" Koopa said with a sneer as she sat down at the table with a cup of pudding. She didn't even bother to grab a spoon. Just put her feet up on the table and began opening her snack.
Tina's face turned red as she approached her sister. She then stopped, turned, and went right out the front door without saying a word.
A few minutes later, a knock came to the front door again. Koopa reluctantly got up, one hand completly smeared in chocolate pudding, and went to the door. "Wow, Tina. That was fa- ....Who the hell are you?"
Koopa staired down at a strange looking man, shorter than her, wearing all white and carressing a briefcase of some kind. He had black hair and pitch black eyes, as well as a creepy little smile. "I am sorry to disturb you...but... I seem to have gotten myself lost. Do you mind putting me up for the night?"
She stared at him awkwardly, then leaned down and sniffed at him, "...Not until you tell me what the heck you are. That ain't not human scent."
"Please, kind miss...I'm just a weary traveller..."
Koopa rolled her eyes and made way for him to pass. "The owner ain't in. Just wait in that room over there till she gets back."
As he stepped in, Koopling and Wolven, who were napping in a near by corner, reared up to look at their guest. Koopling immediately arched her back and hissed, then took off running toward the other side of the house.
Wolven watched her run off, and became quite scared himself. "...Koo-pa-ling...? " he muttered, before running off after her.
The small man looked up at Koopa, "Are you sure it is ok for me to stay?"
Koopa smiled, "Dude, anyone that can do that to Koopling can stay as long as they want!"
