Of course she hid it! After all, she was a genius. Suddenly, a glint of light glimmers around the cellar. I look around, and realize it came from me. Questioningly, I look down, and see my Silver locket, on the ground, clasp undone. As I picked it up, I pressed the button, causing it to open, revealing a tiny holographic map. 'A map? That's what's been in this for the past 3000 years?! A map?' I sighed. As I close the pendant, and re-clasp it, a thought hit me.
'What if that map shows us where to find the book? It could be why Felecia gave it to my mother, she could keep anything secret.' But, it will have to wait until tomorrow, it was already late, and it was very dark. I used my Whip to guide us out and we fly home. Even in the diminishing light, I noticed something pointed out by many others before. I fly uniquely from the other Angels, they fly more like pixies, more upright. I fly nearly horizontal, arms at my sides, and toes pointed backward. The only thing hanging down is the end of my Whip, which i didn't wind very tightly, and my locket. As we near the forest, a screech erupts from behind us. I thought it was a Vampire attack, and drew my whip. As all this happened, Jack(who had been following us the entire time) floated downward, emitted a reddish glow, and whatever it was screeching, was toasted. He then proceeded to pick up a small, furry object, and come up slowly. "A baby cat-demon, no parents, and werewolves attacking him. Can I keep him?" Jack asked pleadingly. 'Sure, just make sure he gets his own bed in the parlor, we don't want him in our rooms in case he goes full demon on us.' I replied, contented. It has been a while since a pet in the castle. No, Griff is tecnically not a pet! But, as I realized soon after, both of them would come in handy for a horrific occasion.
On our way back to the citadel, I decided to take a route over a river. According to folklore, no vampire can cross running water for whatever reason. The river is near the center of the forest, and luckily, is on the way to the citadel. As we landed near the edge of the woods, I should have been paying more attention to our surroundings as we entered the dense foliage. By now the sun had begun to come up, for we had spent most of the night at my grandmother's. Once we were well into the woods, actually in a clearing near the river, they attacked. Around five or so ninjas attacked out of the trees, one with a Whip of Fire as well. My soldiers attacked with amazing ferocity, killing one ninja. Must have been a female, for she had longish pink hair. The one with the firewhip, didn't even notice at first that we killed one of her group. For a moment, a fleeting one if that, I saw her eyes. Red as blood, with a strange aura eminating from deep within. As I was tranfixed by this for however long, she struck with the whip. But, it didn't even hurt, for I was still in a trancelike state. Later, I realized, it became a scar going most of the way up my left side.
On the topic of scars, I may as well go into detail of another I possess. On my left palm, is the symbol of the Amaya clan; not an ordinary symbol, but a magical emblem, burned into every member's skin. It is a circle, half flames, half ice with a pentagram in the center. This represents, that, if needed, I can control both of those elements. I, however, never bothered to do this, for I never had a need to.
My boot began to hurt my foot, and I remembered that I had a dagger in said boot. I whipped it out, and held it against the ninja's throat. "State which race you are, or else." I whispered in her ear. 'Elite Human' she replied, unfazed by my threat. "Remove your disguises, and prove it." I stated blately, not even suprised at how she was reacting to the situation. She removed her mask, so did the other three. The last one remained on the ground as she was before, with an arrow through her heart. 'Poor Sakura. Good ninja, a bit of an airhead however.' the hostage stated flatly. Another ninja, apparently, not a very good one, began to cry. "Who are you? Why did you attack us at dawn?" I asked hesitantly. 'I am Sazuka-san, and the others are Sasuke-kun, Naruto-kun, and...well, he just came because he was following Sakura around. You?' Suzuka replied, once again, cool under pressure. I felt that same aura coming from deep inside her eyes. I once again remembered a line taught by a wise master long ago, 'The eyes are the window to the soul, open this window, and see their soul clearly.' There was an energy behind that window, and nobody, probably not even Suzuka, could conrol it if it ever was released. "Hotaru-sama, Amaya clan. Hm... Sasuke? I believe we met once, around 10 years ago? Remember the Master's class where we studied Chi?"
Sasuke began to respond, but was cut off by a yowling from Deathly. "We need to get to the citadel. This creature needs food. Would you like to come as guests? Just don't attack anyone." Sazuka nodded slightly, and we flew off, but remembered they weren't Angels, and flew back. Jack created an air raft, and they climbed on.

I don't know.
This thing is whatever I need it to be at the time.
Currently it's a write-out-my-stream-of-consciousness-to-make-myself-feel-better place.
Fishy fishy.
Bloop bloop.
