Well, I really put myself into a situation this morning. My quest for the brown paper bags was going wonderfully. I still held my holding trades throughout the entire time that it's been chaotic. Not one gold did I lose.
Until today. ^^;;;;
I didn't want to trade all of it at once, so I only took a little and put the rest of the monies I had for the three bags into another trade that has been holding for along time. Everything looked good and I made two successful trades with my bag holder. And then I went to send him his money because I was confident in the bank.
And it wasn't there. o.O Not one gold piece was there. I tested the trade by adding a gold piece. Okay, that was there, but not the other 10,800 pieces. So I cancelled the trade in hopes of getting the missing monies back in my account. They have yet to return.
Will they return? I hope so. If not? Then I need to re-collect all over again. Am I upset? Yes, a bit, but there's no point in going beyond that because it won't return the monies any faster and it'll only ruin my day. So now begins the wait and see game.
I already have the bags that I set the funds aside for and I'm restarting from scratch for the fourth bag. If the money shows up, that'll be good. If not, then I have a long climb ahead of me. I have faith the money will return to my account, but that doesn't mean I'll won't consider the alternative.
I'm blessed to have a kind Gaian who knows he isn't intentionally being jipped out of his money. He could have gone all snakey and screamed that I was scamming him. Thankfully he trusts me and I appreciate that immensely. I will earn his money and send it to him. It's just going to take a little longer now. Unless, the gold remembers me and returns.
