OctoCamo's Diary
I write here what I please and act like someone cares.
It's been quite a few months since last entry.
The internship I started around last entry turned into a job. How the hell did that happen?
All this computer humbug is like Star Trek technobabble to me, but for 2000 euros a month, I guess I can at least act as if I did.

Computer I ordered is pretty neat, at least compaired to my last one. Should've ordered a more powerful computer while I was at it...

Finally got around completing Dark Souls and with exception of Ornstein and Smough, I played through it offline.
I played through Far Cry 3 on PC at launch, but ended up getting Insane Edition for 360. Only Co-Op achievements left. Never going to complete Rising, but I'm happy how far I've gotten. Might try to unlock all items though, only missing one armor and weapon upgrades.

Didn't look forward to this game before launch, but ended up getting it for 360 at launch.
Completely fell in love and had to buy Premium Edition when it came.

Another game that I already owned for Xbox 360 and bought again for PC.
Also bought DLC for 360 and the Games on Demand version for 360...
Might order PS3's Japanese Artorias Edition too. I liked the game.

Here's some games that I didn't own already.
Bought Assassin's Creed 3 Join or Die edition for 40 euros couple weeks after launch. Not a bad deal.
But later the same day I found Anthology that normally costs 180 euros for only 60 euros.
Couldn't cancel Join or Die edition because extra stuff was just that cool.

This I already mentioned buying earlier. Such a fun game.
I like that survival guide has "seen some action", but mine was bent in way that I wasn't too happy about...
Survival Guide was still pretty cool, just like George Washington's Journal in AC3.

Game was on sale in Xbox Live's Games on Demand for only 10 euros. I bought it.
Week or so later I found We Are Tekken edition going for 20 euros and bought it again.
It has a Finnish stage for god's sake. Tekken used to be my fighting game, but now I'm super terrible at it...
It was fun game to play with my brother and CE is really cool.

Rest of the games I've gotten since last journal entry. F1 I won from contest. Rayman was 10 euros. Halo Reach was 3 euros. For rest of the games I didn't make exceptionally good deal.

Been a fan of Brentalfloss since he started With Lyrics series, though it was about time I'd buy his albums.

While in topic of music, here's Bastion's soundtrack and some other stuff.
Got them for 25 bucks (shipping included) from a deal Humble Bundle had.

I really wanted to get some blu-ray, I was thinking about The Walking Dead Season 1 and 2, which I really enjoyed. I figured that if I'm getting a 50€ blu-ray, I might as well get CE of a show that has gotten praise, but I never got around watching before. And man... I loved it. I wonder if they're going to release CE for Season 2. Also bought HBO Nordic for Season 3.

I liked the TV show and loved the Telltale game that I picked for half the price from XBLA.
So naturally I decided to enjoy the comic series. Going to order second compendium soon.

While in topic of books, I finally got Hyrule Historia.
Pre-ordered Limited Edition in January, but store I pre-ordered from ended up not getting it so it got cancelled.
Cancellation came way after the release date, so afterwards it was impossible to find any edition anywhere.
Month or so ago one of the stores showed it as available again, so I placed another order.
This week I finally got it. Really cool book. Definitely worth 20 euros.

I enjoyed Mass Effect series a lot, so I wanted to buy the artbook.
Then I decided that I can order the comics too while I'm at it. A lot thinner than I expected.
Also ordered the third comic book, though they didn't have it in stock so it will come later.
