I tried to write a song for you, but I just couldn’t find the words, it’s true....
I got lost in your beautiful blue eyes. I’m completely hypnotized.
You casted your spell, and for you I fell.
I’ve written so many poems for you love, but none reflected your beauty well enough.

I don’t see how I won your heart, or why you’d love me; just to start...
You’re a goddess, a beauty queen, perfect in almost every way. I’m a loner, a mute, flawed to the point where it’s not okay.
I tell you time and time again how stunning you appear, and you deny it, are you blind my dear?
If only I could show you, if only you could see, if only, if only....

If only you could see yourself through my eyes, maybe you’d see past that disguise.
You could see just how beautiful you really are, more than words can begin to describe by far.
You’d see just how much I love you; this song doesn’t give you the credit that you’re due.
You could even see the dreams of our wonderful fate, a picture only my mind can illustrate.
Perhaps this won’t be such a disaster, maybe we’ll even get that happily ever after.
