Age: For age, I'm 18 at the moment. I beat my little sister Karen by 10 months. Though that may, particularly, not seem like much of a difference in age, I still see her as my baby sister. For as long as I could remember, she was always there until we got separated. She's like family. No, she is family ******** with her, you're ******** with me, and then you'll be the one ********]

Personality:
Likes: The warmth of the sun, cool breezes, and wolves(dogs)
Dislikes: Snow, storms, schizophrenics, those with no or bad sense of humor, and any ******** dumb enough to mess with my sister.
Powers/Abilities:
Gale Force: This is my ability and control over the wind element. It allows me the ability to do multiple things ranging from making a single gust of wind, to making hurricanes and tornadoes(which are no bigger than 10 feet. Obviously. It's not like I'm going to destroy the whole entire city while my sister is still around), to making creating small pockets of unpressurized zones. For all of you morons without a single brain cell still it, I'm referring to a vacuum that pulls things in.
Slick Stream: This is an extended line of vacuums made to give me the ability to move at high speeds. By pushing out the air, I'm able to make a path for me to speed through. This gets rid of the friction I receive from the air blowing out at me. Standing on a disc of dense air, I rid myself of all friction, so I can't be slowed down without being forced or just jumping out. Of course, since there's no air, I can't possibly stay in there forever. Sooner or later I will have to surface for air. Track Record: 60 miles per hour in two-point-five seconds.
Invisibility: By dispersing my molecular bonds into gaseous particles, I'm able to make myself invisible binded into a highly thin see through membrane. Kind of like that of a ballon. Unfortunately, my garments aren't able to disappear like me, which is not a good thing. This also allow me to fly, although my general power over wind helps me out with that anyways. A small gust of wind, and I'll be sent flying off, which is why I hate wind storms.
Weaknesses:
Medium: Without it, Haru's control over the wind weakens and distort to the point that all he could do is send weak gusts. A medium being any object he could use in his hands (like a rod, sword, stick, something that he could swing around) to swing and conjure up the powerful wind.
Setting: Outside is Haru's domain but once inside a closed space the amount of wind he could conjure up is limited heavily. Unless there's an open source of the outside world, like a opened window or doors. Being in a small space would offer less wind.
Family Ties: As Karen is part of Ark's family, he's in great distress if she's in harm in any kind of way. If it means sacrificing himself, he'll gladly put his life on the line.
Weapons: Zenkishi and Zolo
Zenkishi is the steal rod carries around with him. With blades on both sides of the 4 foot weapon, it gives Haru the medium he needs to form the wind he uses into a bladed attack rather than a gust that'll lift up the enemy or slap them in the face.
Zolo is the name given to his prized gun. Specially crafted, the weapon is able to hold a cartridge of 13 bullets (one being under the barrel as a last resort), and is also able to hold anything else that can fit in the barrel without any repercussion like pebbles and small rocks. The bullets he use are carved and hollow point, so it would be easier for him to curve the bullet in the direction he chooses. Being made as such, he needs to get them by special means other than a simple walk to the gun store.

Other: Ark/Haru is Tori's older brother. His animal spirit is the wolf. With that said, it's pretty obvious why he's so torn up on the inside and tries to please his sister as best he could.
