Zapook had lost it. Or so everyone else thought.
She sat on the front step, thinking to herself. Her entire body was covered from head to toe in black fur now. Her eyes looked like the eyes of a wild demon, hints of red surrounding her now yellow and black pupils. Her clothing had all fallen off, as if she needed it anyway.
Most of the house had been avoiding her due to her worsening condition, and haven't even tried to keep her in her room anymore. Zee, hadn't been home since she stormed away the other day, and even Ekone had been avoiding her, though...he's had his own reasons for that...
Zapook, however, decided to get away from the house for a bit. Not being able to speak doesn't help her case any, and she felt that a little walk through the forest might get her to relax a bit. Just as she left, Zee finally came waddling back, bloated immensely and smiling as if she had seen heaven. After stumbling into the house, and falling face down in the front room, Aussa found her on her way back to the room and called for Tina to help get Zee to a more comfortable resting place.
And so we enter in the lounge room, where Zee's laying on the couch, purring loudly, while Tina and Aussa sat on the floor next to her.

Aussa was scratching her head curiously as she looked over Zee, "So...Lemme get this straight... You're saying that human town...one of the main towns that usually sends slayers here...did this to you?"

Zee continued nodding and purring.

Tina sighed, "Let me guess. They fattened you up for a bonfire in the middle of town?"

Zee glared, "You would say somethin' like that..."

"It is usually your job, but you seem to be preoccupied this time."

"For your information...They kept feedin' me all kinds of food! Put these pretty necklaces on me too! Then just let me walk out when I was ready to go. Ray did somethin' there, though he didn't say what. I like it though! Is he here?"

"Well..." Tina started, before Ray walks into the room with an apron on, carrying a tray with Tina's teapot and three mugs on it.

He stares at Zee for a bit before laughing nervously, "Well! Had I known you were home I would've grabbed a cup for you too!"

Just as he turned toward the kitchen, Zee run up and tackled him, pinning him under her stomach. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you so much!"

Ray, having already spilled the entire tray, all Ray can do was lay there in a daze, "You're....welcome...for...whatever you're thanking me for..."

Zapook peeked into the room, seeing the entire scene, before shaking her head and leaving the room once more.


About 2 days later, Zee was back to her normal self and Zapook....wasn't.
In fact, Zapook can't even walk on her hind legs anymore. she looked more like a demonic wolf then a fur covered girl now. What's worse, Tina's about to see her for the first time in 2 days.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!!!"

See what I mean...


"Zee! Please! Control your other!"

Zee leans into the kitchen, blinking, "My what now?"
She blinks, seeing Tina clinging to the ceiling while Zapook's eating whats left of her breakfast on the kitchen table. "...Tina. Just goin' out on a limb here, but you may be the one over reactin'."

"SHE JUMPED ON THE TABLE! I WAS EATING! SHE'S OUT OF CONTROL!"

"Pfft..." Zee rolled her eyes. "Outta control my a**." Zee grabbed Zapook by the scruff of her neck and effortlessly held her up, "This, Tina, is what's known as an act. You...are the only one over reacting here."
Zee carries Zapook out of the room and dropped her in the middle of the front room.

Zapook only growls up at Zee, crouching down as if she were about to attack.

Zee put her hands on her hips and glared down, "Lemme tell you somethin', Pookie. You maybe be gettin' to Tina and the others, but let me tell you somethin'. I know what you're doin'. You're takin' advantage of this whole wolf thing to try and get a upper hand on the house." Zee stared intently at Zapook, a sinister grin spreading on her face, "Tina may be my older sister, and I deal with her crap at times, but you and I both know I run this place. And You know what? I'm not avoiding you anymore over this whole wolf thing. You aren't even a real wolf. You are an imitation tainted by a mutt. Technically you're not even suppose to be here. Think you can take alpha away from me? Do you? Cause I'll tell you this now, Pookie," Zee's grin becomes more twisted as she holds one hand up, claws bared, "This...Is a feline house, and I can show you just how territorial a female cat can be."

Zapook and Zee stared at one another, not even noticing that Wolven was watching.


Sometime later, Tina was cleaning the mess in the kitchen when Mikey shyly knocked on the wall, entering the kitchen. "Tina...you may have a problem..."

Tina dropped her dish rag and sighed. "Problems? We need no more problems! I am a nervous wreck due to problems! ...Oh. Hello there Mikey. I didn't realize you were visiting today."

"I just went to visit my aunt in a nearby town...saw the town was kinda...well. Acting weird. And considering the cat demon idols they were selling in most of the shops, I figured I'd come here and ask you guys what's going on."

"We..have a guess. A nice demon named Raymond who seemed to have done something to that town. I wonder if he's capable of hypnosis?"

"Well...I assure you, it's not that."

"How can you tell?" Mikey only stared at her awkwardly before Tina smacked her own forehead, "Oh right...Empathy... I completely forgot, dear heart."

"It's ok. It's just...You're little black cat came to me about Zee and Zapook when I walked through the door... They're fighting in the front room. Something about being alpha?"

"Pardon!?"

"Oh...also, I was a naga carrying a bunny girl off into one of your guest rooms, and there was a guy with one horn with those white foxes outside. I take it he's the demon you were talking about?"

"Yes. But first things first." Tina growled, stomping out into the front room.

Her scowl quickly went away, replaced with a horrified look, as she saw Zee on all four, holding Zapook by the neck in her jaws. Both of them covered with scratches, cuts, and gashes, as well as each other's blood. Tina nodded to herself, and folded her arms as she walked into the room, raising her hand and opening her mouth, ready to scold Zee.
Zee dropped Zapook on the ground, and glared back at Tina with fire in her eyes, "Got somethin' to say!?"

Tina meeped, slowly shaking her head.

Zee could only grin back at her sister, "Good..."
