When she heard her name being called from down the path, she snapped out of her trans only to see Raymond smiling and waving. Without hesitation, she ran to his side and began hugging his arm. "Come with me!", she yelled, before dragging him into the forest.
The two of them were later sitting on the roof of Zee's home, on top of her hill. As Zee smiled down and looked at the forest, she slowly put her arm around him, just as Ray let out a sigh.
"Your sister is a stubborn one, is she not?"
Zee laughed, " 'Stubborn' barely scratches the surface with Tina. Why?"
"She seems ...you know...not interested in me."
Zee leaned in, smiling, "Aww...are you feeling ignored? Cause I'll tell you now, that charming smile of yours is really hard to look away from."
He laughed, "I appreciate it, but...no. It just seems...the only way for me to hold her attention the way I want...is to cut my hair short, spike it out, and turn it a slate gray. I was pictures of you, her, and another guy back at her place."
"Yeah yeah..." Zee chuckled, before the words set in. The image of said hairstyle floated about in her mind until she finally matched it up with a more than memorable face. "...Chazu..."
She slowly moved her arm from around Raymond, rubbing her wrists and looking down.
Raymond, too busy thinking to see Zee's guilty expression, started to wonder, before he smiled. "So...Since Tina seems a little busy, would you like to go out to a...are you ok?"
Zee was staring down into the forest, now. Sighing to herself. "I'm fine. I'm...Gonna go. May pop over at the nearby town and grab a bite to eat."
Raymond hung his head, cussing to himself under his breath, before clearing his throat and smiling. "Sure! Oh. If you're goin' to 'that town', I'll have you know, I made a few changes there on you and your sister's behalf."
Zee smiled and nodded. "Thanks. I think. And sorry for pullin' you away."
After giving him a quick lick on the cheek, Zee jumped down from the roof, landing on all four, before heading into the forest.
Raymond only sighed to himself, before heading back to Tina's.
-----------------------------------------------------
Once he got back to Tina's place, he looked around, noticing the front door still open, and called for Tina, only to hear her yell Zee's name in a panic.
Quickly following the shouting, he found himself in a hall upstairs, with Tina holding a door shut. "Raymond! Oh I'm so glad to see you! It seems as though everyone is either out or busy! Please! Can you find Zee for me?"
"She left for town. Is everything ok?"
The door swings open as Zapook tackles Tina in a growl, most of her skin was now either black, or covered in black fur. Her was tail bushier than normal, her fangs, larger than normal, and most of her clothing has been torn and was practically falling off. Her short green hair was now pitch black, and her sandals were barely holding on to her now clawed feet.
She had Tina pinned to the ground, growling. Raymond's eyes went wide, and he was getting into an attack position with a dark blue aura emanating from his hands. Zapook then, without warning, started to lick at Tina playfully, Tina shouting for Zapook to get off.
Raymond stopped himself, the aura dissipating, before smiling and walking over.
"Aww, she seems harmless. Here. Let me help." He chuckled, before dragging Zapook off by what was left of her shirt.
Tina sighed, "She's not even ...well...Pookie anymore..."
Zapook's ears twitched at the statement, before she started to growl.
With a laugh, Tina pointed at Zapook, "Though she still retained enough of her senses to try and scold me for using that nickname!"
Raymond laughs, "Maybe we should find your sister?"
Tina shrugged, "If you can keep her under control, I'm sure we can wait until Zee is back from her hunt."
"Hunt? But she said she was going into town."
"Trust me, dear heart, it is a hunt."
-----------------------------------------------------
Zee was mumbling to herself as she walked into town, staying to the shadows as she looked around. "I feel like a tramp now...Maybe I'll feel better on a full stomach..."
Distracted by her thoughts Zee didn't noticed a door open behind her in the alley she was hiding in. An older man was casually walking out, and froze up with her saw her. She screamed, "Cat Demon!" at the top of his lungs, Causing Zee to shriek from being startled. In no time at all, People began to crowd the alleyway, slowly closing in on her. Zee panicked and jumped up, kicking off the walls, back and forth, until she reached a roof top and glared down at the towns people, growling. It seemed as though everyone in that town was gathering around the building she was on, pointing and shouting up at her.
"Damnit, Ray! What did you do!?"
She continued to watch the towns people, and all at once, they all dropped to their knees and began bowing, still shouting up at her.
Zee only watched in amazement before a smile slowly spread across her face, "Wow, Ray...what did you do...."
