So, today was the end of my era at the much loathed K Mart. Being that it was the last day of the store's Conversion Sale, it was more than tremendously hectic. Everything in the store went to 95% off the original ricket price before the day was over, so I'm more than a little overwhelmed by it all still. So many vultures coming in to pick the last bits of carion off of the store's bones...It was astonishing.

After work, I had some down-time with Monica and then after awhile, I went over to Marc's apartment so he and I could burn the CDs of the Summer Saxophone Workshop concert and send out. I told him that I wouldn't be coming back to school at Stetson and he called me a "********," among other things. The rest of the time was us thinking about how horrible the section is going to be because Bishop was counting on me to take the reigns this year and step up as the head of the section. Now I have to deal with him killing me when I give him the bad news...

On the other side of news, I'm making the soft move back in with my parents tomorrow night and I start working for EB again on Tuesday. Thuesday thru Thursday will be just Mary, Matt, some other managers in the district and myself setting up the store and gutting product before it officially opens on Friday. It's rough, but I have to do it for the future. I also have to go to Stetson tomorrow to see if they'll give me a generic Bachelor of Arts degree since I have 120 credit hours and then head to Cocoa where I get settled in and then see about how much the Cocoa Pines apartments across from the new EB store cost per month.

So much to do, so little time...All of this needs to be prepared before I get my special roomate in a few months. heart
