I was reading this subject in the forums and I was suprized at how many people hate America. YES, I hate the gov but that's no reason to hate the rest of America. And this one guy I spoke with was very mis-informed.
I mean I do complain about my country a lot, mostly about the gov and what they SHOULD be doing, but there is no reason to hate all American people. We do care for others and not everyone is an air head when it comes with affairs outside of our country. I mean yes, I don't know about everyone's gov but it doesn't mean I don't read the news and if there is a disaster I don't try and help.
Not all Americans are the idiots who don't care about others. For years now I've been saying that in the countries that don't have much money in their economy need better education and for that others should try and help. The main problem is the fact that there is only so many people and so much money that can be spend to try and help these people.
Now the gov of my country, well, don't get me started. Bush is and idiot and, I swear, is ignorante of other countries or any REAL stratigy when it comes to running the country. I mean, we shouldn't even be IN the war in Iraq to begin with! If his father had settled things originally then we wouldn't be having the problems we have now. We are basically bankrup because of Bush.
I remember I went to France in 2004, when I was 11. I had gone for the 60th aniversery of d-day with my grandfather and mother (My grandfather is a World War 2 vetern), and I had brought 200 dollars with me. My life savings basically. It only turned into 100 and sum Euros. That's when i first realised about our government's money problem.
France really opened me up to the outside world and that's why I have to say that not every American doesn't care about other countries or governments. The world is the world and we are all humans. We have to set aside our diffrances and stop hating people. Now, i'm not exactly totally peace loving, but I do believe that everyone can get along if we help each other imporve on our faults because EVERY govenment and country has their faults.
