Ephemeral Ozymandias
⇨ Character Name: Bimothy Chungledown
⇨ Skill Tree: Scythe
⇨ Dredge Line | Scaled Level min. 2| Tier 2 | Stamina
A technique that capitalizes on Chungledown's heftiness as an anchor. Initially the Anchor is thrown and the chain attaches itself to the wielder. Allowing it to be used as a egregious grappling hook. The weapon then cements itself in place requiring a level 2 or higher technique to move. Alternatively, Chungledown is thrown to blatantly pass the target. The weapon then returns with the inner ridge of the anchor anchor flying backwards with the goal to catch the target it flew passed in the ridges and bring them forcibly back towards the wielder for a follow up. The returning property doesn't work unless he's being used by a Meister.

⇨ Character Name: Bimothy Chungledown
⇨ Skill Tree: Blunt Weapon
⇨ Weight of the World | Scaled Level | Tier 3 | Stamina
A technique which has the goal to lead to the quickest end of an encounter. Initially a strike from above the follow-up is immediately letting go of the weapon. The anchor then multiplies in weight and size and drops, almost close to immediately crushing whoever is under it and typically 'anchoring' them in place requiring a one level higher technique to remove on that initial post but drops to the next lowest level the following and continues to decrease as Chung shrinks. Not even the Meister can lift Chungledown when this technique is used until the following post. Alternatively, but far easier to evade, Chungledown can be thrown upward to meteorically land in a designated area causing a significant impact in a 5ft radius up to 100ft radius at level 5. Scaling 5,10, 25, 50, 100. This also increases Chungledowns size relative for impact.
