Bio: Phineas Connelly is a courier tasked with delivering any manner of packages sent over to him from the future by that time's own Clock Collector. The packages in question can contain any manner of items that serve any manner of purpose. However, one thing always remains constant: they are delivered with the purpose of preventing potential bad future events from happening. Though most of the time he isn't the sole line of defense from the future being ruined, he would not dream of a time where he'd take his job lightly.
Once a package a sent over to Finn, or if any other task of utmost urgency falls on is laps, his clocks react by giving him a deadline for him to complete said task. These deadlines represent the period of time in which his altering of the timeline will not create paradoxes or wildly branching timelines. In the event that he misses a deadline, Finn will be sucked into the timestream and be confined there as the Future Clock Collector steps in to undo all of his alterations before releasing him at a more appropriate time and place.
Powers: As the Clock Collector, Finn is able to tap into the power of special clocks brought over to his time from various points in the timeline, each able to perform different application of chronomancy.
Items and applications include, but not limited to:
Perpetually Wound Pocket Watch - Always acts in accordance to time's flow and shift. Gives Finn full awareness of the passage of time, as well as outside uses of chronomancy.
Twice Stopped Clock - Allows Finn to temporarily stop time, whether it be the time around himself to move freely in, or to lock someone in stasis. Has a twelve-hour cooldown (in other words, twice a day at most).
Wrist Mounted Temporal Corrector - Powers up in the presence of the timeline being altered around it, whether it be by Finn or anyone else. Though originally intended to erase paradoxes before they happen, Finn primarily uses it to reverse the time of an object or person (like Recall in Tears of the Kingdom).
