I really am the bringer of horrible Karma.

As if school wasn't bad enough, it was after school that the serious adventure started.

Catherine offered to take me up to Roseville today after school so we could get our hands on a flash manual. Simple task, right? That's exactly what I was thinking. I even inited KC to come along since Barnes N' Nobles has lots of manga too.

So we drive to Roseville. It wasn't a very bad trip. And since Catherine's radio still didn't work, we pretty much had to make small talk the entire time but that was easy enough.

We split up once we get there. Cathrine wanted to visit Nordstroms to get some pants ad me and KC went to check out another book store with even more goodies than the first.

Me and Kc zip in and out of there pretty fast, bought 4 mangas and run back to Nordstroms to meet up with Cath. It took about 10 minutes to find her in the Juniors' section but it wasn't so bad.

We take off to our main destination, Barnes N' Nobles. Again, this was simple due to the fact that it was acrss the way. We walk in, take a look at the Flash Bible and Flash for dummies and decide the reading comrehention of the latter would be best, and also 20 dollars cheaper. I go to the counter, buy the book and we go back to Nordstroms again because Cath still wanted to get some pants.

Me and Kc decided to stay in the car, I mean, come on, she'd already been through the other store, it shouldn't take her that long, right? Let's just say that I read through my entire DNAngel 6 while we waited for what was close to an hour.

Here's where the un begins. Catherine puts her keys in the ignition and
*rev rev rev rev.....rev rev rev rev rev!* "Oh no..."

Oh yes, the battery decided to screw us over.

We call the house to see if they knew what exactly was wrong. They're suggestion: Take the keys out of the ignition, turn off everything and wait for 20 minutes, THEN try again. 20 minutes pass....rev rev rev....nope, we have nothing. This is when we call for a tow truck to give us a jump. What's worse is that Catherine's phone is dieing, mine is at home and I had just managed to break her charger trying to dislodge it from the chair in which it so willingly jammed itself. Fortunately, Kc was there with her own phone that was fully charged.

At first, the tow truck got lost and went to the other Nordstroms instead of the one we were stuck at so we hung out at Starbucks for 20 minutes, split a salad and had some Hot Chocolate/ Iced moca stuff.

We go back to the car and HOORAY, the tow truck man came! He gives us a jump and we're releived to see that it was all we needed, so we finally go home, stopping by IN N Out on the way because I was really craving it.

And at last, our journey ends when we come home and remove our shoes from our swollen feet and gaze at the spoils we've received. And as a last laugh, God gave me one final note before I wrote this Journal and went to bed as Catherine turned to me and asked:
"Where's my underwear?"

Yes, I managed to leave the bag of victoria's secret in the Rave store we had visited halfway through the galleria. There was about 20 dollars worth of panties in there for Catherine and some info she had used to get a frequent buyer's card which we now sit and pray cannot be used to get into her account....*bows* My work here is done. I shall now enter the kitchen....remove the butcher's knife from the droor and slice with the tracks and not against...
