Double entry day for me because I'm extremely energetic after my 13 hour day that ended with Jazz Band! Huzzah!

First, the conventions last day.

Saturday:

Saturday was my "Me" day at the convention since I was done with my Reading Band duties. I was able to buy some more saxophone music and enjoy myself while hanging out with the guys. We went to the FCMENC meeting that morning where half of the executive board for the state got voted in as our members. It was cool, but nothing I'll be involved.

Josh, Tim, Paul and I walked around for a while and bought music for a little bit before taking a walk downtown. We went to this restaurant called Got Pizza and Josh and I split this meat lovers-esque pizza while Tim and Paul had salads. It was awesome and wasn't too expensive either. After that we headed back to the convention center and met Rober and Jeremy half way and started talking. We talked for a while before deciding to just head back home.

We got into the car and headed home, taking the backroads to get there since I-4 apparently had some hardcore traffic thanks to two accidents on it. It was an uneventful trip aside from the fact that Tim lost Josh's points game something fierce. I ended up with about 20 points, Paul with about 65 and Tim with a staggering negative 500. I hear he's managed to get down to negative 875 since then.

And thus my FMEA Convention weekend came to an end. Damn, was I tired after that...



Well, school's back in session now and I'm practicing lots. I'm proud of myself for doing as well as I have been actually. It'll be a rough semester with Londeix coming next month and my Junior Recital in probably March, but I'll make it through somehow.

Right now, I'm just so friggin' tired and sick that I need sleep...
