Nothing feels quite so cleansing as blowing your nose and expelling MASSIVE quantities of gunk all at once. Like. "Oh, that was the problem right there!"
Mind, my throat is still kind of sore and raw but WE ARE MAKING PROGRESS PEOPLE
The fact that the outside humidity is now quite high (it looks foggy across the street) is probably also beneficial.
