Personality: Cheerful and always willing to help out one of his fellows. He falls in love easily as he hasn't found his ideal mate yet, so his adventures in love are always a joked about topic among the Patrol. He has this weird trait of staying friends with those he's dated, he's even gone as far as matchmake a few together resulting in three marriages plus a dozen godkids.
Bio: Messenger really wasn't looking for him, Merdock found Messenger and asked him out. Only to get turn down flat, but Messenger found the Merman endearing and the two remaind friends for a time. After Merdock helped a major mission go a whole lot smoother than what would have happened, Messenger asked him to join. Merdock agreed and soon after developed a crush on a fellow Officer: Eagle. Merdock has never asked Eagle to go out on a date with him, but he has dated: Titan and Zero.
