Part5 this story does take place in the current bleach verse.

Something odd happened today. I ventured to the other side of town today to meet my friend Midori at a shop called Urahara Shoten. It was a nice shop, clean but empty. We entered and looked around a little . The manager wasn't around so we decided to go to Mashima Fun shop, they have a slightly larger inventory and always busy. As we were headed out , almost out of nowhere a man said "Leaving so soon ladies?" We both turned around fast . He had shocked both of us . I said we thought no one was here. I thought he would get angry when Midori said we were headed to Mashima's but he just laughed and said that it was alright if we left but to come back sometime soon. We left Urahara's and went to Mashima's. I had an odd feeling when he looked at me , he just looked at me not Midori. What was that odd feeling I got from him? He looks human but what was he? I had a hard time enjoying the rest of the day. Midori asked me what was wrong. Midori was my first friend here in Karakura. She lives with her aunt Hana since her parents died in one of the explosions that happen here. She asked me if I got the same odd feeling from Mr Urahara. I said I did. She then admitted she sees ghosts and I confessed that I did too. We were both glad to have found someone else who sees ghosts. We wonder whats going on. On the way home I saw one of my school mates, Ichigo Kurosaki fighting. some horrible monster. Ichigo noticed I was watching after he defeated it. he asked me how much of the fight I saw. I lied that I didn't see anything, but i knew he didn't believe me. I ran fast towards home before he could explain what I saw. I am afraid to go to school tomorrow because I don't know what's going to happen now . I better get some sleep . I am so scared.
