I made a promise. A promise to never betray those that I knew wouldn't betray me. I would never want to betray a true friend. I would try to help them through their troubles. To help them up when they were down. To raise their spirits when low in sorrow, misery, or anger. I would never take advantage of them. Never try to hurt them. I would try to help them rid of hurting. To be generous toward them. So far, I haven't failed.
