My way of dealing with the he said she said bullshit
I think the best way to enter the problem is to approach it with an opened mind(think of it as a mystery to be solved or an equation perhaps, if u like math)..hear both what the accuser is trying to say and the person being accused along with helpful wittnesses..I also like to keep in mind the fact that when people over-hear something they tend to elaborate or even leave out details..when speaking with people involved I like to absorb everything that is said and observe their body language(it tells way more a story than u ever would imagine)remain eye contact and watch 4 when their eyes move to the side,lower, or flinch/glare..Watch 4 when they tense up(u can tell while still remaining eye contact)then I like to separate the KNOWN facts 4rm fiction eventually things start adding up as people start mixing up their stories and if ur smart you'll know how make them do so and knowing whether someone's lieing helps(observe nervous habits)..but I don't advise to go too hard u won't want them to feel defeated and admitt to something they did not do or get too scared(I've screwed up there a few times).. and sooner or later u have the true story behind the lie..Then I take action accordenly..(heh heh, If it's all the same to you I'd perfer to leave this part unknown)....but with most problems presented I'm mainly looking for honesty..it will be that much more easier for me to get over it if people would just tell me what they've done and limits their chances of getting hurt..otherwise I look down upon their pit of lies in pure hatred that I can never seem to fully forgive...until they just admitt what they've done...but do not worry I only do so when I know something is true..The sooner it's out the lighter the bite..
