If you enjoy reading this, you deserve a hug. But you're not getting it from me.
We're gonna shake shake, until the break of dawn
We're gonna shake shake, until the mornin' comes...

Hehe... yes, I am listening to the Summer Set right now.

Today was a boring day. I will give you the full description, even though I should go inside right now and watch That 70's Show with my parents. Hmm... I will just write this and then I will go in.

So I woke up a few times this morning. But I finally got up when my phone kept going off and it was super loud. I climbed out of bed a grabbed my phone off my dresser. JANELLE?! I should've known. I set the phone back down and went to the bathroom. I relieved myself and then splashed my face with cold water before I brushed my hair. Then I went into my bedroom and laid on the floor for a few minutes. My at started to chew on my hair so I got up and leaned against the beanbag chair that I have covered with a... um. Thick bed blanket. I can't remember what they are called. Oh well! On with my morning...

And there I sat. I got bored, and went into the living room. I found a two books I recently bought, 1984 and Chicken Soup for the Teen Soul. I debated silently which to read first and then decided with Chicken Soup because I can usually finish those within a day or so. I grabbed it up and went back to my bedroom. I set it down on the next to the beanbag chair and I went to turn on my iPod speakers. I don't remember what turned on first, though I do remember I didn't like it. I changed it to... shuffle. Then I sat down on the floor and leaned against the beanbag chair. Scooping up my book, and then calling Venus, I snuggled into the beanbag.

I read until I heard my mom moving about in her side of the house, which, is only like 30 feet away. Ha. I thought about what my mom would probably make for breakfast. Potatoes and eggs and bacon. Mm... I wasn't really in the mood for that. I was craving... a bagel. From the bagel bakery down the street. And, oddly, I wanted to go to the beach. I set my book down, marking my page with the reciept, and skipped to my parent's room.

Obviously, my dad was not there. I later found out he had left to go surfing at 7:30! A.M.! On a Saturday! What a psycho. So I told my mom my plans, which were to go get breakfast from the bagel bakery and then go eat by the beach. She suggested we go and watch my father surf. I agreed, as long as I got my bagel. So I skipped back to my room, grabbed a jacket and put on my black uggs. I went to the living and waited patiently for my mom. Finally, she was ready, and with a good-bye to Venus, we headed out the door.

I got my plain bagel toasted with butter from the bagel bakery, and then we headed to the beach, which is not far from where we live. Only a mile or so. But we had to go to a different beach because my dad was not surfing at the nearest one. I ate my bagel quickly and we got to the beach and watched my dad surf until around 11 o'clock. I think. I really don't remember.

[psst... I'm listening to Nevershoutnever! now smile ]

When we got back home, I started making some jewelry. You see, I am making jewelry so I can get some money. I think it's pretty obvious I am never going to get a real job because I am too lazy, so I just decided to start my own business. I made jewelry for a few hours. And then around 5:00 (wow! I was making jewelry from 11 to 5? I didn't realize that until now!) we had to go pick up Janelle because we had to work on our history project. She stayed and we worked on it for a while. She left around 8 o'clock.

After Janelle left, I jumped in the shower, not literally jumped, because I would have slipped and cracked my poor little head open. I took a cold shower because I told my mom my skin has been dry lately, so she yelled at me for taking long, hot, showers. I was like, "Well, I like taking LONG, HOT, SHOWERS." And then she was like, "Well, it's gonna dry out your skin if you take LONG, HOT SHOWERS." And then I said, "Well then, I guess I shouldn't take LONG, HOT, SHOWERS, but that doesn't mean I won't." And then she yelled something at me about me being the reason we have no money because half of her paycheck goes to the house and the other half goes to the water bill. WHATEVER.

So, I took a cold shower. When I turned the shower off, I was ready to jump out (not literally, because I would have slipped and cracked my poor little head open) and wrap a towel tight around me and snuggle my feet into a nice soft rug. But when I was about to get out, I realized, there was no soft rug! I almost screamed! My stupid mother had taken the rug out. And now, she expected me to put my freshly cleaned feet on that dirty floor??! How dare she. I tentatively placed my right foot on the tile, and then my second. It was so cold, cold even after an ice cold shower. THIS WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED AFTER AN ICE COLD SHOWER.

Ugh. And then I came out here onto the computer. And now, I should go inside and watch That 70's Show.
