with one look
as you gaze at me
Locking me in an iron stare

Reflecting pools of water

Undisturbed reflection…
A part of my life

My refuge
on a dark stormy night
your eyes being the color of the sky
Illuminating my world

The ocean
and all that it can give-
like the waves crashing down
Starring straight at me

And giving me life
when I’m down
Cheering me up
when I frown

Your eyes stand out
like blue diamonds
My personal treasure
Just for me…

I love you more than
anyone
I need you more than
anything

And your eyes-
