OMGWTF!

Did a bit more exploring outside town today. The animated up north are a lot stronger, but I was able to avoid most of them. That's the great thing about being a dark elf, we're fast and sneaky wink Past the Zen garden though things get really dangerous! No wonder roads to the other towns are closed off! Once I got up to the beach I had to turn back back. There were some really weird creatures taring up the ground on the north shore of Bass'kin. Freaky!

Heading back down to Bill's ranch I encountered a large group of people. They said that there was a particularly nasty animated on Dead-man's pass they were going after. I was a bit hesitant when they asked me to join them. However there seemed to be enough of us so I decided to tag along. With so many of us it was pretty easy getting to the top. Of course that's where we encountered the OMGWTF! That about describes it too! It was like some huge...flying...manta ray...thing! I can't even imagine what it must have been before the change. I managed to get knocked out but the rest of the crew managed to defeat it. Well, that was enough excitement for one day so I headed back to Barton.

Yesterday I found out about this neat car show. People from all over come to display there cars and race them. So, just for kicks I decided to bring my..uh...flying saucer, and check it out. So it might not be tricked out or beefed up, but at least it's mine. As far as I could tell the races don't win you anything besides bragging rights. Still, I decided to challenge a few of the drivers anyway. Of course I ended up loosing the first couple. It seems there's a lot more to racing than going fast. After a while though I kind of got the hang of it and was able to win a couple. Don't know, have to practice some more.
