I just watched the opening ceremonies on TV. It was so. mind-bogglingly. amazing.
+___+ i suppose i should know by now that Chinese people are, like, superduperperfect at everything.
But... the sheer awesomeness cannot be put into words, whereas with the more common me-being-pissed-because-i'm-not-as-smart-as-other-asians scenario, i can swear profusely.
I'm cheering for the USA no matter who wins (and the Chinese are gonna win. >.> wink
born and raised in NJ. enthusiastic and patriotic to the point of stupidity. oh yeah.
incidentally, the environmental challenges need us to put politics aside and band together. go WORLD!! : D

and I can't get the phrase "Bei Jing Huan Ying Ni" out of my head. (uhhh... that is the right order, right? o__o; )
and the little boy, Lin... h... something... (i forgot his name and it hasn't been an hour. T__T) the earthquake survivor. He's supposedly my brother's age, but my parents were like: he looks five...
