Okie dokie, so this is the plan for my new schedule for the way of my life!
5:00am-Wake up, meditate, wash face
5:30am-Light breakfast
6:00am-Stretches,exercise
7:00am-Breakfast
8:00am-Morning walk
9:00am-Snack
10:30am-Snack
11:30am-Exercise
12:00pm-Lunch
1:00pm-Afternoon walk
2:00pm-Snack
2:30pm-Nap
3:30pm-Snack
5:30pm-Exercise
6:00pm-Dinner
7:00pm-Evening walk
Nighttime (dependin' on when I go to bed): Shower, cool down work out, tea, meditate, sleep- in that order
My exercise and work out consist of various things to strengthen various parts of my body. Also, my diet is in such a way that I complete the food pyramid requirements every day!
So that's my plan, and we'll see how it goes startin' tomorrow.
