Page stared out the window of the train.Shadow,and Zeon were sleeping.Thander was staring at his hands.The serpent mark on his hand was the same as Zeon's.Except it was a darker green.The bruise by his eye had also gotten a deeper purple than it was before.Page remembered when Shadow had noticed it."Geez,Thander.Don't you know it's bad to get whomped on by a girl?"
Page looked over at Thander to see if he was doing something different.He wasn't but the mark on his hand was.It was moving.Then out of nowhere a snake appeared on Thander's shoulder.The mark on his hand was gone.The snake was a deep shade of green and had golden eyes.
"Th-Thander,what IS that?"
"It happens to be my snake Lucky.Isnt she pretty.She's my pet.All serpents have them.Our ability to talk to and contain snakes and serpents is how we got our name."
"It won't kill us will it."
"Only if I want it to."
"Is it venomious?"
"Yes.But don't worry it won't hurt my friends."
"Good,then lets stay friends."Thander chuckled.
