Keto's fangs froze Sandina with fear. "I'm going to die." Sandina thought. Her heart raced and she felt like she couldn't breathe.
"Don't worry little Sandina... I'm not going to bite you... yet." Keto wrapped his hand around Sandina's mouth so he could stop her from screaming. He stared deeply into Sandina eyes.
"His hypnotic stare. I can't let him get into my mind." Sandina closed her eyes tightly.
"i don' have to look into your eyes to get you under my control." Keto said and started to hum softly. Sandina fretfully opened her eyes.
"I thought only girl vamps could do that song." Sandina thought as she tried fight him away. Kula walked into the cave and roared with laughter.
"If you want I can leave you two love bats alone." Kula chuckled.
Sandina fell asleep to Keto's soft humming. "You idiot werewolf. You could have broken my spell. Luckily she was tired to begin with or it wouldn't have worked." Keto stood up and brushed the dirt off his pant legs. "You can keep the other one. I have no need for her."
"You need that other one more than you think." Kula said leaning on the entrance to the cave.
"What do you mean? My father only needs this one." Keto said pointing to Sandina.
"Sandina is a stubborn human. She is not easily persuaded to help any of her enemies, unless something precious to her is threatened. Her friends, for example, are very precious to her." Kula walked into teh cave and picked up Chikaru by her jacket. "This stupid human is more precious to her than her own life. This is why she demanded for Chikaru to leave during the fight. She knew she wasn't strong enough to beat you, but if Chikaru was safe, she didn't care." Chikaru woke up and kicked Kula across her face. "You're still alive?!"
"Of course." Chikaru said jumping away. "I'm not that easily beaten." Chikaru grabbed her sword and spun it around in front of her. "Just try and get me now." Chikaru glanced down and saw Sandina lying on the floor. "What have you done to her?!"
"Don't worry brat. My new pet is just asleep." Keto said reaching for Sandina's neck.
"You place one hand on her and I'll drench you in holy water!" Chikaru screamed.
"And how do you plan to do that when all you have is your sword? Everything else is by us." Kula growled.
"Bummer." Chikaru said.
"Now since Kula has informed me that I need you to get Sandina to do what I want. I'm not leaving here wihtout you." Keto said walking towards Chikaru. "Why don't you just make this easy on yourself and give up now?"
"You can't take me. And I won't let you take Sandina either!" Chikaru threw her sword and Keto dodged it. The sword went into Kula's chest and she roared in anger before turning into a pile of bones.
"What a waste of a werewolf, but it doesn't matter." Keto said jumping into the air. "now you're defenseless!" Chikaru tucked and rolled over to her bag and grabbed the bottle of spitfire. But before she could drink it another vampire came in and kicked it out of her hand. "What are you doing here Nukaya?"
"I could smell human blood and I wanted to see where it was coming from. I should've known that you had found some." Nukaya said kicking Chikaru onto her back. "since there is already one over there, I call dibs on this one." Nukaya stomped down on Chikaru's chest and pushed down. The cracking of Chikaru's ribs echoed in the cave.
"You cannot eat her because I need her to complete my father's wishes." Keto said as he began to bind Sandina's arms behind her back.
"Why would you need two of them for yourself?" Nukaya said kicking Chikaru's side.
"Because this one will not do what I say if I do not have that one." Keto replied.
"Then I suppose you found the one Count Diago was looking for?"
"This girl I'm holding is that very one." Keto said lifting Sandina into his arms. "Its taken six long years to find her, but she's the one."
"Fine then." Nukaya kicked Chikaru into the cave wall. "Then what do you plan to do with this one?"
"Bring her along. We'll need her till this one does what we want. Then you and my sister Candy can do whatever you want with her."
"Why do I have to share this one with your sister?"
"Because my sister claimed it before you did. I have to say. Those boys who led them out were right on saying they were stronger. Humans are so pathetic. They were willing to sell out these two then give themselves up." Keto's bat wings shot out of his back and he flew out of the cave.
"Fine, I'll just finish this one off and I'll meet you back home." Nukaya wrapped her hand around Chikaru's neck. Chikaru fought as hard as she could, but she was so tired she couldn't get away. Soon she feinted from the strangulation.
Nukaya transformed into her vampire bat form and carried Chikaru by her neck and back.
Keto landed on the front portch of his home on the cliff side and kicked open the door. "now, where to put a human so she won't escape." Keto looked around and found a table in the back room. He set her on it and chained her hands and feet to the walls.
Nukaya threw Chikaru into the front room and stood on top of her back. "Where do you want this one?" Nukaya said as she turned into her human form.
Keto shut the back door behind him and thought for a moment. "Well, since I do not have the right kind of dwelling to hold humans alive, put her in the blood machine, but just don't turn it on. Those bands will be able to hold her down long enough until my father comes."
"I'll go give him the message. It'll take me a few nights to reach his castle though."
"I can handle two humans. It isn't that hard."
"Fine then. Best be on your way. The sun will be rising soon and you got to get as far as you can before then."
"Good luck Keto." Nukaya turned into a bat and flew out the black window.

"This will be easy. No girl can escape my charm." Keto walked into the back room and sat down by Sandina. "once you finish powerfing up my father's machine. I know you and I..." Keto brushed back Sandina silver hair. "You and I will make one fine vampire couple."
Morning was arriving over the mountains and Keto headed off to his coffin to sleep. Chikaru had awakened when the sun shined through the cracks in the board onto her face. "oh god. I'm on a blood machine!" Chikaru struggled to get loose. "This stupid machine will drain me of all the blood i've got unless I get out of this." Chikaru fought all morning to try to get free, but everything she tried failed. "I hope Sandina is alright."
Sandina opened her eyes and she was in the dark. She heard the rattling of the chains and she couldn't get up. "Where am I?" Sandina looked around the dark room. Hanging abover her where knives and on the walls were other weapons. She looked down and she could see the table she was on was stained in blood. "CRAP!" Sandina puled with all her might to slip her wrists out of the shakles. Spikes of pain shot through her left arm as she yanked her wrists out of the shakles. She sat upand held her left wrist close to her chest. "This hurts so bad." Sandina shook her head. "I can't think about that now. I have to get out of here." Sandina grabbed a knife on the wall and began to pick the lock on the anklets.
"Maybe if i just stretched as hard as I can, I can slip out of these bands." Chikaru pulled up and her shoulder hit the level and turned on the machine. "NO!" SAndina could hear Chikaru's screams of terror.
"Chikaru is in trouble." Sandina managed to pick the lock and she burst through the door. "Come onChikaru! Say something! Anything!"
"HELP!"
"good enough." Sandina kicked the door open and found CHikaru being hoisted into the air and giant sucktion cups coming at her. "Chikaru! Hang on I'll get you down!"
"Sandina, there's a lever over there! I accidently hit it. Maybe if you pull it back it'll shut off the machine!" The suction cups plunged onto Chikaru's arms, legs and chest. "HURRY!"
"I'm trying." Sandina said pulling on the lever. "But it's stuck!" The knives in the suction cup rims were stabbing shikaru. Her blood was draining fast through the clear pipes. "This better work." Sandina charged up whatever energy she had left and pulled the lever back. The machine stopped and dropped Chikaru. Chikaru landed on her back, covered in her own blood. "Chikaru, chikaru!" Sandina lightly shook Chikaru's body. "Come on Chikaru, you can't die on me now."
"I'm ok Sandina. I'm just really sore."
"I should've known you two would try to escape." Keto said pushing open the door. "It was only a matter of time. I didn't thtink you would wake up so soon. It's only been one morning."
"You stay away from Chikaru you psycho sucker!"
Keto laughed manically. "Chikaru? She I could care less about." Sandina went to stand, but her body wouldn't budge.
"What's wrong with my body. it... won't move."
"I may not control your powers but I can still control your body."
"Sandina, don't worry about me. Just get yourself out of here." Chikaru whispered.
Keto walked past Sandina and picked Chikaru up by her shirt. "how touching hat you two want to save each other. Its making me feel all warm inside. But not even Van Helsing himself could save you now. Your lives are mine." Keto dragged Chikaru by her hair to the wall. Chikaru grabbed Keto's wrist and was fighting to get him to let go, but he just laughed as he dragged her to the wall and chained her.
Sandina was barely able to move, but she forced herself to stand and face Keto. "You let her go!"
"I do not have to keep her alive Sandina. I can slit her throat right here and now and you wouldn't to be able to do anything about it."
"He's right. I'm not strong enough to get either of us out." Sandina thought as she fell to one knee.
"Sandina! Don't let him get inside your head. You can do it! Get up and kill this vamp!"
