I think I really screwed up yesterday. I feel awful about it. And I hope I can get some kind of forgiveness. And I hope I can get some relief from this cold I have. I've been freezing all day, and my head is all congested, I feel terrible. It feels kinda like my head is in a vice. I should get some sleep. I usually don't get enough. That's really all I have to say.
