wheee! xd ok, my friend put in an offer under the asking price and the seller counter-offered and my friend accepted the counter-offer! *does spastic happy dance* so what happens next is that on monday the house gets inspected and if the result is positive we move forward. if the inspector finds something really wrong with it then we renegotiate or walk away. i don't think they'll find anything really wrong with the place so i'm going out on a limb and saying we're moving! in january! we must be insane! lol... minnesotans are sturdy folks, we can handle moving in the cold.
we won't be in by christmas like i thought, but it'll be cool to celebrate my birthday in the new place. smile i'mmm soooooo haaapppppeeeeey! *does the spastic happy dance some more*
