ok so 2 days ago i made a support thread for gramma to encourage people to go vote in the arena. there wasn't much of a response on the thread, and since a few of the people seemed a little on the rude side i was just going to let it die and fall off the front page. it wasn't my intention to attract negative attention to my friend. then this morning i got this in my inbox:

i'm confused. i can make a huge signature advertising for the arena and then post randomly all over the forums in any category and that's ok, but i make one (1) thread in the avatar talk forum advertising an avatar and it's considered spam? um, ok. i would've thought that if there was anyplace it was appropriate to drum up support for an avatar it would be the avatar talk forum but i guess not. so just a heads up for my friends here i guess. what i really don't 'get' though, is that no one has posted on that thread in 2 days. if it was against the rules then why am i just hearing about it now? the other mail i got from the forum mod said they moved the thread to the chatterbox. so yeah...for future reference they say that's spamming. have a nice day.
