First day of official Feytroan Guard duty. I was issued the standard weapons, equipment and armor of a private: A Kagam(very thick spear more resembling a staff with a more blade-like spear-head), a pair of Far-sees(binoculars), rope, a knife, cloud-plate armor, and a simple metal shield.
Was ordered to do constant patrol of the Narmoc cloud factories with the second division of niruh squadron. Nothing worth noting occured.
Solan, the Burning Day Star, is closer, brighter, and hotter at this season, causing the clouds that support our cities to spread further apart and rise higher into the sky, therefor requiring the increased production of cloud material, and the loosening of the ground-cables.
I am to patrol the cloud facilities for the next three weeks.
