Counterfeit
The counterfeit lives they lead surrounded by the people they hate the most. The real ones who have a mind, a life they lead. Counterfeit and alone though they smile like a Cheshire cat and speak through gritted teeth. Unsuspecting their fake lives will soon be an open book for the world to see. Only they know fact from fiction. Truly one sees how pathetic they are of day after day deception. Moulding a world around them so someone else can do their work for them only to find out they need someone to breathe for them. The pressure of a perfect life crakes and crumbles to the ground so they are laid out like a picture for all to see. A sad counterfeit life.
