Blue fire is emmit from all around the body and can be used against the enemy The blue fire saps chakra from the opponent. If it hits a part of the body it will absorb any and all chakra and eventually combust. If it hits a body part, it will sink in and slowly start to burn. I cannot rely on my techniques alone, so I use
Rock Cannon : Rock cannon is a large black Cannon that Hachi carries around everywhere she goes. She seems to even have conversations with the weapon. At some times the weapon beeps back at her or flashes a series of lights. Something that the girl is able to understand. It is a foot shorter than the petite girl, and is almost impossible for anyone but her to carry it around. The weapon wireless can connect to Hachi. It's blast are relatively silent when shot which is excellent for snipping. Rock cannon also holds a slot which contains Black Blade. Rock cannon can also be stored inside a scroll.
Black Blade : Black blade is a black katana infused with a lightening element chakara. When swung a neon blue electricity can be seen flickering around the weapon.

10 years ago, an extremely talented scientist named Dr Seiji was working on a series of atrocious experiments. The mad scientist would send his minions out to be grave robbers. They would go out , and steal the bodies of humans who had died in the last 48 hours. Using a forbidden jutsu they would perverse their bodies in a cylinder type chakara shield to keep it from decomposing.. At first this project was meant to experiment on bring the dead completely back to life. However the project was a failure.. Taking a body, and replacing it with brand new mechanical organs. It was down to the point where the only human part left in the subject was the brain, and maybe half a human heart. While successful in reanimating the corpse. He however could no bring back the soul that inhabited the vessel.
Dr. Seiji then turned to making these androids into weapons for Konoha's military forces. Once completed he presented this to the Hokage, hoping that he would be accepted as a hero. No more lives would have to be wasted in war. However the Hokage, and the council did not approve. His laboratory was raided, and most of his completed test subjects destroyed. Dr Seiji expected something like this to happen. and had a back up lab on stand by. Deep inside Konoha's Kage monument is Dr Seiji's hidden laboratory. Inside this lab are fifty un marked tanks. Half full of his test subjects. He soon met with other countries, saying that he would sell the remaining androids to them. Now only these people could realize his dream. Right when he was about to make his return Konoha the mad Dr Seiji met with enemy ninjas.
No one has seen or heard from the man in years. Most of the subjects in the tanks died over the years. All except for one.In it contains a small girl floating inside the middle of a cylinder shaped tube. At first glance she looks like a sleeping angel her long royal gray hair surrounding her naked body like a shield. Several wires protrude from parts of her small body, while a breathing apparatus emits green bubbles. Her chest still rises, and falls. She is still "alive". She is waiting...
Ruriko Morimoto : Was a young promising genin. This exuberant child was loved by many in Konoha. Ruriko's team became famous Konoha heroes after they defeated the legendary Botsai. They where only genin, but with an excellent sensei they where able to bring the tyrant down. The faith they had in each other was immense. It seemed as if nothing could stand in their way. However the young girl suffered from a rare blood disease that is often seen in people who have her blood line limit. She died a month later surrounded by friends, teammates, and family. Just a day before her funeral her body went missing. While a full scale search was issued for her body, it was never found...
