Brooke set up a bridal shower for Haley and rented a party RV.

Haley: "I cannot believe you rented this for my shower. Brooke, this is crazy!"

Peyton: "And by 'crazy,' she means thank you."

Brooke: "You're welcome."

Peyton: "I think someone feels a little guilty about the whole pregnancy rumor."

This totally feels like foreshadowing to season 3 episode 2 when Nathan and Haley renew their vows. Haley is pregnant, but everyone thinks it's Brooke and there's the limo accident on the bridge that involves someone falling into the water.
