A HERO EMERGES
This is the origin of Bleach, the shape-shifter:

Ever since she was born, Bleach new she was not like the average population. First of all, her mother had actually named her "Bleach", after the cleaning fluid and everything. She had given birth to the girl and when the doctor ask what she wanted to name her daughter, the first thing that came to her mind was what she so happened to blurt out to the man....
Bleach had always had an interesting connection to animals as a small child. That affinity grew far more profound at the age of eight, when her mother died. On that day she went missing for 48 hours. No one knew what happened those two days, not even Bleach. All she knew then was that she could now turn into the animals that she was most familiar with. From that day forward, she set out to find other animals to enhance her powers further. Always being of a heroic nature at heart, Bleach decided to help people in need while she was roaming from place to place.
