I LOVE friends with benefits. Just when you think you have snog withdrawal, you find someone who is more than happy to lay aside plans, bring you for special trips over all his other friends, and snog you to within an inch of your life. Now THAT is a good friend. I already knew that too- he was the one person I could always count on being there for me when I was lonely on a long vacation. Talked to me every damn day- put aside a couple hours just to make sure that I had contact with the rest of the world. If he was gonna be late, he'd call long distance just to warn me. Always happy to just call me or lounge together looking at the stars on someone's roof. An animal in a bounce-house or slip-n-slide. This is a capital going-away present right before college. I find out who my real friends are.
