The Mind Heal Part 1

How does one make an understanding of one's life and then live it to the values and beliefs that arise from it. question One must be open-minded and have a full understanding of one's life and moral values that are based on the thoughts that pass through the everyday aspects of one's mind. The mind is a valuable piece of one's life and may not be as easy to comprehend as reading a book or something of that sort. The criteria that scientists have based the standards on which a brain or mind operates is solely based on the major influence of the surrounding environment. I believe that the mind is influenced by not only by the environment itself but, also by what happens in the life of one's lifespan. The life of one may consist of love heart , hatred scream , guilt stressed , sorrow, happiness biggrin , sadness sad , cheer blaugh , and other feelings that may cause one to think one way rather than the way that they should. The mind can be very confusing to those who can not fully grasp their own mind in a sense that they understand what their mind is capable of and what to do to prevent the "wrong" thing from happening or being set free. I am just starting to get a small but tight grasp on my mindset and why it is set the way it is. My mind is full of voids that I have not accomplished on opening yet. The mind set that I thought that I had abruptly changed from "Wow, my life is so full of happiness, friends, and love" to,” Wow, my life has a specific purpose to be posed as a potential person who can and will make a difference in this lifetime but has not fully grasped an understanding as to why." I am slowly beginning to see that my purpose here in this life is not to just help people but to heal those who hurt inside from past experiences that should not have happened to them in the first place. I, knowing that their minds could not fully interpret what was happening, am here to help them to focus their minds to a phenomenal world that awaits them. I am here to heal but what am I to heal if my eyes are not opened to those who need healing or to those who need it but can not explain what is really going on? How am I supposed to help those who claim that they don't need it?
