Hey look a header. O__o
Daily workout
Not sure I'm going to get to it... so much to do today, so little time.

Work out will consist of running around like a chicken with its head cut off.


Work Out Plan
10 lunges
4 jump lunges
10 lunges
4 side to side jumps
10 side lunges
4 side to side jumps

All of this x 7


Work Out Plan
Going with yesterday's workout. I ended up taking a rest day, I really needed it.

20 knee strikes x 5
20 punches x 5


Daily workout
5 minutes high knees, 10 minutes march steps


Work Out Plan
Workout plan - do this 5 times

6 lunges
6 side lunges
6 squats
6 bicep curls
6 deadlifts
6 shoulder press

Current weight - 8lbs each hand.


Workout plan: High knees and lateral lunges 40 and 5 + 30 minute walk

Need to go to the store and get toothpaste for the boy, dinner for DnD for the children (ramen party?), oatmilk and more chai.
