~The means of screams~
What do i see in Halloween?
A cance to scare the kids?
A time to put on extra makeup,
and wear funny colored wigs?
Sometimes when you hear a scream,
you think it's just for play.
you think that its appropriate,
Because of the time and day.
When really it could be very real,
A victim screaming in pain.
Yet you hear screaming at every turn,
and thats why you refrain.
So now you see why I write this poem,
to make you understand.
You should think twice about saying yes,
when asked to take you hand.
Halloween is the best of times,
to do more than give a scare.
So next time you turn a dark corner,
(watch out!) i might be there.
