I want a topic for the day.
Jealousy. Let's analyze jealousy.
I think it comes from insecurities. Like, if you're jealous because you feel like your significant other is spending too much time with someone else, it's probably because you are insecure about your own qualities and whether or not your significant other appreciates them. Or if you're jealous because someone else can play hockey better than you, than it's because since you can't do it as well you're afraid people will judge you, so you just want to kick the a** of whatever hockey player steals your puck.

Jealousy can also be playful, but you have to be careful w/ that. Like, I tell Maya I'm jealous of her looks, and I joke around about how I hate her cause she's prettier than me, but I'm careful not to offend anyone (except, perhaps, myself). I've decided that, to make myself feel better, Maya's not MORE pretty than me, we're just pretty in a different WAY. sweatdrop RIGHT???? eek stressed

Ha, anyways. I'm jealous of Claire because of her poem-writing ability and her dimples. I'm jealous of Emma because of her freckles and her ability to draw outfits, and just draw in general (Claire is a good artist too, I'm just MORE jealous of her poems and dimples...), oh, and I'm jealous of Emma because she doesn't get insecure about wearing skirts and I do. I'm jealous of Maya because she's so annoyingly gorgeous and because she's so sweet that other people actually take note of it. I'm jealous of Zeta for her incredible theatrical abilities, and for the way her hair curls when it's wet and she doesn't brush it. I'm jealous of Jessie for her ability to make anybody feel comfortable around her and because she's funny and REALLY energetic all the time. I'm jealous of SamE because of her ability to write romantic stories and because she says some really funny things sometimes. I'm a very jealous person.

So, I ask you, ladies and gentlemen, you post what makes you GREEN!
