Something to wish upon...A star falling from the sky and into your hands. They try to change us but we prevail. From inside out we are what we are and nothing else. Life goes down and we are up, never falling, never failing. Our heart breaks but we don't let it bleed. We'll be strong until you leave my side. Life doesn't have the same sparkle without the support it had. And you leave me here, alone, with my star, my dreams... You make me feel hollow....I see only death as my option...

If I smile again, seeing you coming back I’m happy to hold in my arms.
There’s nothing else I’d rather do in all my life, than holding you close.
Once I told myself waiting for someone won’t make a difference, because there’s no one to wait for. I’d stare at the sun, believing that life would end up without anyone here holding my hand.
Then I fell, when it seemed like nothing would change...you were there to grab me before I touched the ground.
From that moment my heart started beating, the wounds healed and I found myself living for the first time.
And I felt like flying, my wings no longer broken. Soaring across the skies, you by my side and free of the bounds to the earth.
Only you, me and eternity.

And we’ll turn to the sky and cry out loud for death to come. Because our heart aches. Because our soul is broken. Because our spirit was torn apart by the beast. There is nothing left for us to live for....Nothing linking us to the life on this realm. We wish for the embrace of darkness as our tears wash our face, silent prayers echoing through time. We find ourselves alone, no one’s on our side to support the misery and pain. So we turn on to the shadows to take us to the place where pain cannot reach us.

But as I walk to the darkness ahead of me, my memories come flooding into my mind, filling me with new feelings. From all of those memories, one makes my heart rejoice. The reason I continue living, the one I gave my heart to, the one that is my support through the times.

From the darkness we come, and to the darkness we will return… for we were created by shadows and, without shadows, our mere existence would disappear. The light would not exist if darkness didn’t exist… I wouldn’t be alive if you didn’t.
I need you to survive, as the light needs its shadows to be needed, to be wanted, to have meaning in life… I can’t stop to think about you, because you are the darkness that support me, at the same time, the light that illuminate my life…the only meaning of my existence.
