You thought you were helping, but you only made it worse
Instead of raising me up you got in my way
Not realizing it though and it pisses me off
How could you not see what you're doing to me
And why you can't stop the pain
If you weren't so selfish and didn't try and help to make yourself fell better
If you had just left me alone
Things wouldn't have turned out this way
Now you've lost everything and you can't see the way out
And by God, will I show it to you?
No, not after what you did to this heart of mine
I can not forgive until I have proof
Revenge I guess in a way, though it's more than that
More than I can put into words
It's a crack in my heart that caused it to shatter
To fall into little pieces and to never be put back together
But if someone is hurt by another is it possible for that person to be healed by another as well?
Or is that just bull s**t that people tell themselves to make them feel better about reality?
What the hell's wrong with this world and with the people in it?
Why can't they see what they're doing?
Is it because we choose to live in a world that's like this?
Or is it because we choose to demolish this reality to live in our own, where nothing can hurt us and we're the kings and queens?
Why can't we just see that it's killing us, all of us
Though we don't realize it and though we can't see
We still do it, for no purpose at all...
Can't we stop the pain?
