chapter 9:

kia and tai caught up to the rest of the group who were waiting outside a large builing that looked kinda like the hokage's office "took you two long enough to get out of trouble" said chris. "oh cram it" tai said. "c'on, lets stop this fighting and go inside" kia said as he opened the door. sevral chuunin welcomed the genin with "your all going to fail" or "is this what may be promoted?" the hall way was long, too long "hey, anyone else" kia said but aj cut him off "yea its a genjutsu" kia put his hands together "kai!" ((kia means dispell)) and the genjusu disappeared and showed a stair case. team seven walked up the stair case and opened the door.

"hey, who are you wimps? your all late!" it seems that team seven wasn't the only one to be taking the chuunin exams. one of the gennin from the rain village had said they were late but they weren't "good, now we are all here. i am your frist protor" a man was at the front of the room with sevral chuunin and jounin "here is whats going to happen" explained the protor "we're splitting you guys up into seprate rooms, anything you have to comunitate with your team will be removed or we'll forcfuly remove it" "AH LIKE I'LL REMOVE-" one of gennin from the sand village didn't want get rid of his stuff and he was up on the wall "congratz kid, you just failed the chuunin exams, get out" the sand genin gulped and crawled out of the room with his team swearing at him. "now then. these nice chuunin and jounin will take you to a room, in this room is a test: all you have to do is answer the questions" the protor let the chuunin and jounin take the genins one by one, calling out their names: "chris uchiha" kia turned and chris stood up 'so he's a uchiha? ptt, he sucks at ninjutsu and he can't do anything' thought kia. "kia himashin, tai ismaku. lets go" kia and tai stood up "you better not fail you two" said aj with his arms folded "i was about to say the same to you jerk" kia said and he stuck out his tounge "jeez... for a 11 year old hes not very mature" said seahawk. "did your mother hate you when you were born? 'cuz you have the dumbest name i have ever heard!" chuckled aj.

kia waved to tai as he entered the room. the room was dull, writing on the wall, two pictures with frames on the wall and one window with kids playing outside. there was a desk with a pencil and paper. the white paint was starting to peel "looks like this room hasn't been used a lot." "OH, BY THE WAY YOU ONLY HAVE TEN MINUTES TO FINISH THE TEST!" said the jounin from outside the door "for the love of" kia sat down and started writing the test but something caught his eye, quests 18-20 were curret events, kia turned to the picture "wait, those pictures are pretty up-to-date" kia stood up and got a closer look at them "of course, this isn't a normal test: you can't cheat its all up to your mind but they have given the answers to questions 18, 19 and 20 so this also must be a gather information as well." kia wrote down the answers on the test then he looked at the writing on the wall "hmm... these having nothing to do with tatics so all of this writing must be the answers to 6-17, its just a quess but i think it works" kia took the answers back to his desk and he looked around "now 1-5, about tatics. i have no clue about tatics" kia was starting to strain "hey, you've three minutes left boy." kia sighed and looked out the window "the kids are playing so nicely, its nice to see... wait, thats no game i've ever seen. it looks more like tatics" kai rushed over and grabbed his paper and started to copy everything the kids did. just as he finished the last question the door opened "times up, huh you understood this then huh?" "yep!" kia said with a proud smile "well, if you did it right then you've got 20/20" kia met up with tai and they sat down where they were before.

"so did you understand the test" asked kia "i only got 1-10. but i think i got them right, i copied them from the wall and kids" kia and tai tried to keep it low so the people who haven't taken the test wouldn't have the upper hand "but all the writing on the wall was 6-17, how did you only get 1-10?" asked kia "simply put: i paniced and couldn't figure out the questions and then" "i see, you figured it out just before time was up and you only had time to do 1-10. oh well you've 10/20, thats a pass" kia said. "now we just wait for the next few people to finish. but its bothering me, only one team has left, does it matter if you pass or fail this first test?" asked kia
