Wrap the hose around your neck,
hold it close pull it tight,
lose yourself in the emptiness tonight.
When I arrive I want to believe you're barely alive,
but its a lie,
the coroner said you didn't survive.
Accidental or on purpose,
it doesn't matter,
you're gone and can't help me through this.
You left me all alone to struggle,
now I’m on my own.
The years to come will be dreary and dry.
Still I ask why upon no meaning.
too bad I’m not dreaming,
but memories flash back as if I’m there.
All we’ve seen and all the love we once had
for each other fades to darkness.
I'm a mess, hear my cries in vain?
I’m in so much pain,
why does this have to be over?
Living without you just isn't the same.
