Okay guys. This is a rather unusual case to say the least. Back at anime expo 2005, during the panel they had a raffle for different prizes. I was the last person to win an OMG hat. Not only did I recieve the real world version but I was suppose to recieve one for my avatar as well. Myself and the other winners gave them our usernames(my username hasn't changed since then except for a space) Well, some almost two years later, I still haven't recieved my OMG hat for my avatar. At Anime Expo 2006(This was between July 1st - 4th). I spoke with both Jakobo and Lanzer about the issue. I even clarified my username had only slightly changed from it's original HarleyQueen to Harley QUeen. They said they'd work on the case and a short while later, I recieved a note from Jakobo saying they'd work on it(though it wasn't a top priority, I'm not exactly remembering what Jakobo said) I PM'd Jakobo again about a month or two ago, but I did not recieve a response from that PM. Now I understand that there are many issues that have to be dealt with but as patient as I've been. This is really beginning to drag out on me. This isn't your standard case and I really don't know where to go from here. I don't want to keep having to PM Jakobo about it since I feel that would feel like I'm harrassing him and I really don't know what to do anymore.
