New York Grand
Ameria and I got off the plane, and a car was waiting for us. It took us to a hotel (or something) called New York Grand. The man who was driving the car told us the room floor and number, blah blah blah. We went in, and then we got into an elevator. This really cute guy was in the elevator. He worked at the hotel, so he was wearing a suit thing. We got in, and he asked us our room floor. I could not talk at all, so Ameria told him 8. He pushed the button, then asked us if we were new. I said yeah. Then he offered us a tour. I said, “I’d love a tour.” Ameria elbowed me, but I just elbowed her back. When we got to floor 8, I gave Ameria my bags, she got out, gave me a helpless look, but I just smiled at her. The door closed, and the elevator was going to floor 3. He told me to move to the other side of the elevator. Being a spy, I am cautious so I did without question. When we got to floor 3, three girls were standing, waiting impatiently. They got in, and the girl who looked like the leader stood next to the guy, they totally ignored me. She said, “Brian, I really missed you at my Sweet 16. Why’d you ditch?” He said, “Working.” She then said oh. We got to the lobby, and the girls got out. He said, “Bye, Amanda.” She looked back and blew him a kiss. He smiled. I felt really hurt, ‘till the doors closed. When they did, he stopped smiling and said, “I’m so glad she’s gone.” I was confused, and I guess he knew it, because he then said, “Amanda’s dad owns the hotel, so she’s rich. Her and her “friends” are really conceited. Amanda has it for me, but I don’t. Her friends are Bylynda and Cali. They call themselves ABC Queens. Amanda had her Sweet 16 last week, I showed up, made sure her father saw me so I wouldn’t lose my job, then I ditched the party.” He smiled at me. “Onto that tour, now. Wait, what’s your name?
